Problem Statement
Our persona is a busy young professional living in an urban area. He hates wasting his free time doing laundry. How might we help him get his laundry done and optimize his free time?
Competitive Analysis
Our main competitors, cleanly and flycleaners, are both plagued by terrible reviews. These reviews consistently highlight the same issues - missing laundry, stained clothes, and bad customer support. We wanted to make sure our features and partnership addressed these problems.

Solution
We took a two-pronged approach to developing our solution. To start with, we wanted to focus on designing a quick and easy solution to resolve the pain points of our persona, Joe. Next, we focused on features to address gaps in the services provided by our competition.
Key Features
Laundry tracking status bar
A partnership with a laundromat with large facilities.
Push notifications about pick up/ delivery
Ability to schedule laundry pick up/delivery well in advance.
Conclusion
Our prototype passed usability testing with flying colors. Across the board, users felt that it was easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.

The concept in general must be explored further, specifically in terms of partnering with the right laundromat and building out the user preferences section. The partnership is the key component that would set this app apart from other laundry services.

Additionally, we would do another sprint to collect research/data on laundry preferences in order to prototype and test the on-boarding process.
